I designed this transmedia world for teachers in professional development to foster a growth mindset in their classrooms. My role involved concept development, content creation, and integrating storytelling fundamentals.
I designed this transmedia world for teachers in professional development to foster a growth mindset in their classrooms. My role involved concept development, content creation, and integrating storytelling fundamentals.
The challenge was to create an engaging training experience that equips teachers with practical tools for fostering a growth mindset. In the interactive, scenario-based training, participants assume the role of a new teacher at the fictional Grow Together Academy, where growth is a core value. Through branching scenarios, teachers practice and test growth mindset strategies, learning how to apply them effectively for both themselves and their students.

I used a scenario-based approach in Articulate Storyline to simulate real classroom experiences, allowing teachers to apply growth mindset strategies interactively. Custom visuals and engaging character designs were created with the help of tools like Canva and MidJourney.

It ensured the training stayed focused on fostering a growth mindset while integrating storytelling fundamentals. This document helped align instructional objectives with creative elements and facilitated smooth transitions between the design and development phases.
